Wild Game Dishes and Fall Flavors with Wine Pairing Dinner

 

Join Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse and Becker Family Vineyards for the “Texas Fall Wild Game Wine Dinner.” Located in the Texas Hill Country between Fredericksburg and Stonewall, Becker Family Vineyards was established in 1992 by Richard and Bunny Becker and has grown to become a notable Texas winery. With Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse’s close ties to Texas Hill Country with the restaurant’s namesake, Y.O. Ranch, this collaboration will truly celebrate Texas culture and cuisine.

The special evening will feature a decadent four-course dinner and two additional amuse bouche courses by Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse Chef and Partner Tony Street, with exquisite pairings from Becker Family Vineyards.
